("the Agency," "we," "us," or "our") is an advertising and marketing agency providing services including social media management, influencer marketing, media planning, content production, and campaign strategy. Influencers, talent, and vendors: contact details, portfolio information, payment and tax details, and government-issued identification numbers where required for contracting.

Job applicants and employees: resumes, contact information, employment history, government IDs, and other data required for employment and statutory compliance.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information unless it is necessary, lawful, and covered by an appropriate legal basis (e.g., government ID numbers for contracting or statutory compliance).

4. How We Collect Personal Data

  • Directly from you, through forms, contracts, emails, calls, or meetings
  • Automatically, through cookies, pixels, and analytics tools on our website and campaign assets
  • From clients, when they provide contact lists or campaign data for us to process on their behalf
  • From publicly available sources, such as social media profiles relevant to influencer sourcing
  • From third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok) used to run and measure campaigns

5. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes, consistent with the Data Privacy Act's requirements of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality:

6. Our Role: Personal Information Controller vs. Processor

  • When we manage our own website, employees, and vendor relationships, we act as a Personal Information Controller (PIC).
  • When we execute campaigns using data supplied by a client (e.g., a client's customer database used for email marketing), we typically act as a Personal Information Processor (PIP), processing data strictly under the client's instructions and data processing agreement.

7. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Data

We may share personal data with:

  • Clients, for reporting and campaign performance purposes
  • Sub-processors and service providers, such as media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), email marketing platforms, analytics providers, and freelance creators, under confidentiality and data protection commitments
  • Government agencies, where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal order (e.g., BIR, DOLE, NPC)
  • Professional advisors, such as auditors or legal counsel, where necessary

We do not sell personal data. Any cross-border transfer of personal data (e.g., to platforms or vendors outside the Philippines) is done with appropriate contractual and security safeguards.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, and to resolve disputes. Campaign data processed on behalf of clients is retained according to the terms agreed with each client, and deleted or returned upon termination of the engagement unless retention is legally required.

We implement organizational, physical, and technical security measures appropriate to the nature of the data we process, including:

  • Access controls and role-based permissions
  • Confidentiality agreements with staff, freelancers, and vendors
  • Secure storage of files and campaign assets
  • Regular review of third-party platform security practices

  • Be informed that your personal data will be, is being, or was processed
  • Access your personal data
  • Object to processing, including for direct marketing purposes
